Covid Warriors - The Pride Of Our Nation

2020 was not a sweet journey,

As Corona creeped on us like a wormy;

We got caged, we got raged,

Elders did not get any wage;

No school, no office

It seemed difficult to suffice;

Amidst the tension rolling everywhere,

Corona warriors served us bare,

With the virus leaving nowhere;

They made sure we were safe and took all the care.

From police constables to caring nurses,

From brave soldiers to grocery store uncles,

From ambulance drivers to hard-working farmers,

From traffic police to angel doctors

Thank you for your help, thank you for your kindness

Thank you for your service, thank you for your braveness

You are brave, you are courageous

You are our pride, you are our saviours

Let's not vine, let's only shine

Let's give a tribute to all these minds

Go Corona, No Corona

Covid Warriors, you enshrine

Jai hind, and salute
