Conversation With The Clouds

Trapped in  a storm

I look at the sky 

Clouds gather up

As if saying 'Hi' 

 

The clouds darken up 

Ominous winds blow 

'Storm' they say

A warning they want to show 

 

As the storm roars

In a menacing flare

'Phoenix' they say 

Will clear the air 

 



Unsure of the future 

I give them a glance 

'Patience' they say, 

Will improve the stance 

 

The storm was roaring

I looked at the sky 

'Hope' they said 

As the storm passed by
