Running wild, trying to let your emotions out,

Blabbering around, not knowing when to stop.

Huffing pain, unfolding tales of the past,

Rumours spread, and everyone starts to eavesdrop.

Encountering the criticism that follows,

You begin to think, 'What have I done wrong?'

Plunging in, confronting the problems head-on,

Stupefying the world, you will emerge strong!

Don't let yourself flow into despair,

Hold up your core, and train hard every day.

Let your actions do the talking,

Meld your soul in, and the aftermath will not betray!
