Coconut Leaves

By Shreya Sarpangala

The swaying coconut leaves

Do tell a story of bravery

Hanging up and down might not be easy

But as time passes you adjust

Without making a single fuss

As you safe zone the danger

It is no longer a threat

As you have a shield which is a danger

To the possible threat

Then harmony rises from its sleep

And blesses the devotees
