It rains all day,

nights are for the insomniacs.

Dust scatters around the window edges.

Air resists to come inside.

It smells like mutton that was made two days ago.

Used knives are still scattered on the table top.

Pages haven’t kissed the ink yet,

thoughts never organized.

Clothes haven’t been replaced in days

and now, I smell like mutton too.

With soup stains I had yesterday.
