Butterfly Dream

Serene

And comforting

are the effects

Of a spell

That’s been spun

Through time

Nurturing within

At a very

Slow pace

Sometimes

Contradicting

confusing

And yet

Comforting

Bringing a

Spontaneous twinkle

In a conner of my eyes

Unseen

Changing through time

Unsure if its

To be

Or not

Wondering

A million times

If you feel

A little of its magic

Spinning around

Fearing

That this bubble

Of mystical illusions

Might burst

In the next second

if I whisper out loud

Halfway through its

Metamorphosis

A not yet

Formed feeling

in it magical

Glamour

Courage is

Yet

For another day

Not today but tomorrow

Hoping that

Reality wouldn’t

Catch up to me

Crushing the

Magic

And the sweet

Serenity

Of an innocent

Butterfly dream....
