Burning!

Why are you in my every thought?

Raising question on my existence!

There is the fall of my trust.

I have the ability to endure.

And matchless is your gifted wounds.

This is the dance of my pain.

There’s a burning buried inside of me.

My breath is as a shroud over the heartbeat.

And this is the conversation with my Lord.

This is a word of my heart!

I narrate my situation to him.

In search for peace!

Why are you in my every thought?

And, why is there a question on me?

سوز

تُو کیوں شمار میری ہر سوچ میں ؟

ہے سوال میری ذات پر !

ہے زوال میریے وقار کا۔

ہے ظرف مجھ میں مثال کا۔

اور بےمثال تیرے دیے زخم ہے۔

یہ رقص میرے درد کا۔

یہ سوز مجھ میں دفن ہے۔

سانسیں دھڑکن پر کفن ہے۔

یہ گفتگو میری رب سے۔۔۔

یہ حرف میرے قلب کا۔

یہ حالات اس کے روبرو۔۔۔

اور سکون حاصل کرنے کی جستجو

تُو کیوں شمار میری ہر سوچ میں ؟

کیوں سوال میری ذات پر ؟
