Beneath the Blue

Ocean waves swallow me whole,

Immersing me deep into your depths,

where I become an ethereal melody,

one only the sea creatures hear.

The ocean’s colours cover me,

wrapping me in its dancing embrace,

with the dazzle of the sun

or darkness of the moon.

Dancing in the silence of still waters,

till I become one with the elegant,

serene currents.

Above me, storms may be raging,

but I’m floating in the peace of the blue.
