Being a woman

Does not necessarily mean

I have to go through the period pain every month

I am a woman without it as well!

I clap my hands in trains, give blessings to pregnant women,

Even when I cannot be a mom,

I am not affected,

I have a smile on my face no matter what the hardships I might face!

That's who a woman is in my eyes!

The society has established some rules for me,

That is discriminating in nature,

Still, I am in my world,

Whereby we stay united as a community

That's what I love about me!
