Far and above, you travel across the globe,

"I'll find some beauty" you hold onto this hope.

You search through the skies, you search in the seas,

But not a beauty in sight that your heart can seize.

You look at all the people, you look at all the faces,

Never occurring that it could be inside of you of all the places.

You thought beauty is in the looks and it can be seen,

To find beauty on the outside you were just too keen.

Oh, but have you just given it a thought,

Maybe just maybe you'll find the beauty you sought.

The real beauty is on the inside, you just have to see,

Start with yourself; you're as beautiful as you can be.
