beak deep in sweetness

nectar dusts its soul

the hummingbird balances

on the back of the wind

wings flapping faster than

whispers blowing

through the leaves

of blossoms brimming with

the essence of her heart

flying over hills and valleys

dipping into ages and eons

soaring high into the sky

dropping low

into the garden

into a blossom

into her spirit

full of the nectar of

kindness goodness grace

full of her becoming

the blossom blooms

the hummingbird sings

her heart races

faster than the wind
