Badminton

With a court and a net,

Badminton is not easy to play I bet.

To play badminton we have to practice hard,

And to serve back we have to always be on guard.

To play badminton we use a shuttle and a racquet,

And when we would be playing a tournament

we would look cool in a sports jacket.

Like Saina Nehwal, I would like

To be a famous badminton player,

And it would be great if I could be as swift as a deer.

After playing for sometime I feel thirsty in my throat,

But badminton is my favourite sport.
