Ispired from the famous greek sculpture head of youth the fragmented head represents all of young people. the painting depicts the irony and dilemma that comes with the age of youth. It depicts being lost and finding a path through a maze of figuring out yourself. The gold represents the golden period that is youth where you are excited, energetic and the best parts of being young in this world. The butterflies to me are the best depiction of a young person , fragile yet beautiful, unique yet wonderful, they depict the rarity and beautiful within all us who set upon to find our true selfs . This painting shows the beauty and struggles of being young in this modern world full of expectations to succeed.
