Please listen to follow the practice of training the students if you are a teacher in a school. The students are the builders of the nation and they should be equipped with the talent of speaking before the audience fearlessly flawlessly.

Kindly set apart few minutes Daily in the first period and by turn allow a student in your place of a class teacher and speak something to his co students. The first day it is a new experience but In course of time by constant practice the student will gain confidence and turn to be a gifted speaker. The five minutes set apart will be 5 thousand or more talented speakers and an asset to the nation.There is no stage fear.

Kindly remember that such a syllabus is a must. This new subject will automatically gain entry into the curriculum of a Gurukulam for just a practice in the beginning later show way to prosperity and a pride to school.
