And You Are?

And you are?

“I, the rhythm in a chord,

The brood in the palace,

The prose of a poet's love,

The change in the game.

The laurel on the podium,

The echo in the canyon,

The muffled laugh of Hampshire, The shriek of the bell.

The daffodils in spring,

The weight within gravity,

The fleet in the minute,

The quirk of the clock.

The joy within love, an apple to the pie. Indeed, and you are?”

A brief description of this particular poem belonging to my collection is that I genuinely love to express myself as someone who doesn't orchestrate the symphony, but plays the crucial part as the string instruments. Ironically, this is to convey that without the instruments, the orchestra would not take place at all!

Yes, this could also be interpreted using this example. I wouldn't want to be the main character at a play, but what would the character be without their dialogue? Yes, that is precisely what I'm intending to convey through this poem.
