Heartbeat of Hippocampus

Her creativity robust

Imagination, so rare

Command beyond compare

Never one to compromise

Kids first, she’d emphasize

Appreciation and censure in equal measure

Working with her, always a pleasure

Honesty at any cost

Diplomacy – a non-existent art

Her dressing very sleek

Accessories, so unique

Birthdays are to be celebrated

Never mind if it’s not reciprocated

Sentimental to the core

A more people’s person I don’t know

When the chips are down and the day is grey

It’s a comforting that she is just a phone call away.
