A Vile Song

Vile things are addictive

And so are the vile behaviours

A simple hello;

A simple touch;

A simple kiss;

A meticulous exchange of two souls

Vile things can be death traps

Woke up to the rising sun

A world so deranged, I perceived

A figment of my imagination - lasted not longer than a sunrise

And there I was; hoping for a drop

To quench my unfathomable thirst

For those vile things — I wished!

And as the sun began to set on my lovely dream-like-world, I created, for myself

I got addicted to the beautiful person

Who brought in her box those vile things

I will never forget;

Brought me to my knees

Shook my heart and trembled blood in the veins

Those vile things I did wish for

Caused more hurt then it took away the pain
