A Student Mother

Yes, I am a student ☺

A late-late student in her thirty😐

And a struggling mother of a four-year-old☹

To meet my needs is fight of two and fro⌛

I did never know that being a student mom

Is a ridiculous thought in my society

Some said it was an unwanted load to carry,

Some said what is the need to study at thirties,

Some said “oh! She is retarded”

And some said “What is her need to study when she has a kid to take care off!”

Can’t you sit at home to eat and sleep

And that one to stand along said “I am earning well for you to eat and what is the need to study?”

And I inhaled my patience and told them all:💣

I know my dreams and my business🖒

So, you all please GET LOST!🖓

I am me and know my lead

My heart made me strong to hope

Yes, I am a strong mom and more.
