A Case Changed In Time, The Tree Of Comradeship

By Riddhi Kundu

In Little Kilton, five years ago,

Andie Bell vanished, no one would know.

Sal Singh blamed, then found dead too,

The case was closed, but something felt untrue.

Pip chose the case for her school report,

She knew Sal’s side was never in court.

She asked tough questions, followed each clue,

Seeking the truth no one else knew.

Andie had secrets, life full of lies,

Mr. Ward had tricks in disguise.

Howie, the dealer, did something unforgivable one night,

But it was Becca’s anger that caused the fight.

The two sisters, so mad,

Their dad was cruel, the pain, well, too bad.

Andie fell, hitting her head, blood on the floor,

She was hidden, forever no more.

She chocked in the boot, too scared to scream,

It was all a bad dream.

Mr. Ward tried to cover, too much to hide,

Becca’s guilt grew, she couldn’t deny.

It wasn’t Sal, he tried to protect,

The truth was dark, not what they’d expect.

The case closed too soon, it was a crime,

Pip found the truth, and changed it in time.
