A Boat Without Light

It was a long night

Like staring at the sea…

Never ends

The eye doesn’t stop

Mind can’t find a point

Or perhaps it just wants to stray

A boat without light

A delusion or is it there

Wish i were in it

Sailing nowhere

Water has no roads

Or perhaps I don’t want to take any

A boat without light

I see nobody

And nobody can see me

There is no lighthouse

Or I am simply light years away from it

A boat without light

Sea and solitude

Deep and wide

Horizon still separates me from sky

Or I am accustomed to seeing things in twos
