Trap

By Kasin Salkimo G Momin

Trap like prisoner,

I stood in prison of my own.

I know not what to do;

Everything seems awful.

Trap in mind of mine,

I have no free will of mine.

There's nothing I want;

Nor something I care about.

It seems like forever,

I'll be trapped here.

But there's gleam of hope;

That there's way out from here.

Hope tells me there's better world beyond this cell of mine,

I dream about that deep blue sea;

Where I can be free,

Will I ever be able to embrace the mighty sea ?
