Your presence needs devotion,

expressed my Master,

I made fun of it but longed for it too,

I sat in Dhyanalinga and felt grateful all this while,

Heard people talk about your grace with a little fear and pride in their eyes.

Master said, you don't just let anyone taste your grace

All this while, I laughed and tested you with my foolishness

Until one day after my sadhana, I looked into your eyes and couldn't blink mine,

Tears of joy, fear and belongingness tumbled down my cheeks,

My ego shattered by you and only you,

I realised how wrong I was and how Master was right.

Since then, I never dared to look straight in your eyes,

I bow down to you and your presence in my life.

For the feminine within me, I thank you a thousand times and promise myself to take care of your gift for the rest of my life.
