Through the leaves of shade that held the light,

The monsters rugged in plight.

They travelled against their heart searching for the fleeting red

Blue being everything they ignored.

The leaves never held them lon9

Their fate piling up to be paid,

The breeze directing them a path to their nine,

Theyd reach the pine to pay their fine.

The walk to the end was not new,

Their life as a monster was not true,

The broken branches were not who they were,

Their unknown quest for blue was their glue.

They paused, their journey beginning.

Life shone in their eyes,

Blue being the brightest colour.

The biggest mirror stood across them,

Their reflection being the only change they needed.
