Yes, yes, I watch binge watch shows over work.

Yes, yes, I sometimes procrastinate work,

Yes, yes, sometimes I skip my meals and complete my books,

And yes, yes, I sleep more than I have too.

I know its not healthy nor I am proud of them,

But it keeps me in the place called virtual reality.




My mind smiles and my face muscles relax,

My head does not hurt and my breath is normal.

My eyes feel sleepy and I feel free.

Overall, my mind visit its virtual happy place

And my eyes sleep.
