Rainbow in the blue skies seems to fade
Those dark clouds mercilessly invade
Scant droplets to such raging crusade
Tardy gust by the blizzard got swayed
Where do I hide feom the storm so bad?
The night has conquered the vivid light
Is there really a naught I could trade?
Let me home, I do not wish to fight.
As I look back, my heart slightly died
I'm hemmed in, like the bird in a cage
Voicing samey words from the inside
Bitterly crushed amidst the tempest.
Large raindrops pattering on my skin
Far-flung, there is but an empty hope
The spirt sway, the mind cannot win
The feet flee, only to drop and mope.
Tongue tied, as I lay on the wet grass
My courage dwindled and diminished
Beyond repair, like a shattered glass
As though for a treason, I'm punished.
