My Favourite Activity

Happiness is an essence of life and your favourite activity makes you feel happy. My most favourite activity is art & craft.

I want to share my fine motor journey with you. Since my early childhood I was very much connected with art & craft. My mom deeply recognised my interest for art & craft, as at the age of 3-4 months, I used to sharply observe all the buttons and colourful designs on my mom’s attire. One day, I tried to draw something and I simply scribbled on a wall. And you know, my mom was surprised happily and she took a picture of my first scribbling instead of getting angry and wiping it away! And that was the moment, she strongly inspired me to do art & craft.

Today, at the age of 8, I am able to create any master piece! Using colours that I love on the paper and seeing the black & white picture becoming so interesting for everyone is the most exciting feature for me.

I believe that art is an expression of emotions and craft is a practical skill! I love to make creative cards to show my gestures towards others. I am very good at calligraphy too. I like to do origami, kirigami and clay modelling.

Crayons, pencils, colourful papers, a pair of scissors and glue are my most favourite tools. Using my tool kit again and again has enhanced my concentration and capacity to sit at one place without getting tired or restless. It improves my co- ordination and memory power. It makes me happy and resilient.

I have my own fine motor studio at my home. I have won many medals, trophies and certificates. Recently I got 1st rank in international drawing Olympiad.

Today I am known for my perfect strokes and neatness. I do see my bright future having my own art gallery through which I want to help the needy ones and this is my desire!

Ultimately, life is an art…..paint your dreams! I wish you a colourful life.
