Eternality

By Sumaiyya

I'm crying, sobbing, there's no respite to this forever ache, how can there be a hole where my heart is supposed to be, yet hurt so much?

I can't breathe, I can't see I'm blinded, by all these tears, but no one hears, especially not you, you've always been so unhearing, it's almost like you don't care

I type out messages, delete, type out more, but it's just a mess of feelings, love, I've never felt this pathetic, I'm crying on the bathroom floor, under my sheets, in the car, for you

You didn't listen then, why would you listen

now?

I fell, carelessly, no inhibition No shame, no doubts, I fell so wholeheartedly But you, you just wobbled Unsure, on the edge of the very cliff you pushed me off, and now you're safe, your heart's intact but I'm crashing, I've crashed

Now I'm in pieces, I can't seem to pull myself together, I've never loved someone harder, And even if all I can see is you Being better to others than you've ever been to me, it doesn't feel like it's over.

I'm drowning in this eternal Sea of tears and pity, its so pathetic that | cry a bit more, look what

you've done to me.
