Art And Craft Gone Wrong

By Sanvi Atul Sharma

Art and Craft Gone Wrong

Gloopy glue on me, a poor kid,

Colourful strips of paper stuck to my cheeks,

Oh, I think I have grown a glitter beard!

And on my hand are marker streaks.

I think my hand is stuck to my chair,

I think my scissors snipped my hair,

Bits of paper everywhere,

All I can do is sing a prayer.

My head is spinning,

I am palpitating,

Why do craft materials cling?

I am not happy with these things.

Why did all this go drastic?

It is not at all fantastic,

Rather catastrophic,

All because I read the instructions too quick.
