I come to my poetry
With my eyes a little teary
Knowing it will not judge me like the rest did
By the window and under the moonlight I sit;
I start to rhyme about all that I hear
From being laughed at my height -short as a tiny tot
To never being pampered at home like the youngest child;
My poetry gives me rhymes
Doesn't ask what is the time;
Yet I am over here
Writing or rhyming for being judged
You may find my words as short as my height
Do not betray me like they did in the light;
I have been waiting to watch the sun rise
Since then I have only been writing about it when the moon up in the sky arise;
This is my love for my art
Tell me if you love it,
For I have penned it down only from my heart.
- from writing for the fear of being judged to writing for being judged

Jab harsha unk paas aaai
Jab tumne unko sabdo me piroya
Har insaan un sabdo me khoya
Kavitayo me aaya shaan
Jab tumne rkha un sabka maan
Man moh liya tumne sabka apni baato se
Keh gyi vo bate jo tumne sochi kai rato se
Kaise tumhe btaye tum ho ek pyaari raajkumari
Jiski har bat lagti h bhot hi nyaari
Rakhe bhagwan tumko hamesa khus
Hamesa phulo ki tarah khila rahe ye pyaara sa mukh
Tum ho sabse khaas hasti
Jiski har aahat me hoti hai ek…
