Letter To A Lover

By Esha Jaiswal

I thought you were the ocean, but, you are just the tear falling off of my cheek. I wrote love letters to you – my poems. Pouring out my heart. They were all misplaced. It is quiet now – my blog has been forgotten. So have I.

I write in chat boxes now, to friends and family. Share my worries and pain. My wishes and plans. Once, I thought you were the Ocean to me – all encompassing. Sadly, you are just a tear falling off of my cheek.
