'Lottery'.

I said to myself. Today is the day and I am the man.

I will show the world, who truly I am.

I have donated all my belongings.

A coin box, 3-stringed guitar.

A half eaten burger, a food coupon.

An oversized green smelly coat.

A beautiful rat and a cowboy hat.

I fear no tomorrow. I feel no hunger.

Nor do I feel any cold.

My street days are over.

It is time to live large.

What should I do first? Shall I go buy a car.

Or a luxurious mansion in Narmadapuram.

(A city). Expensive clothes, a diamond watch.

Or a dinner in a 5-star.

Anyway, it's time to live large.

I went to the nearby showroom.

It was clean & full of lights.

And smelled like perfumes.

They all looked at me with smiles.

One said - Good Morning,

but we don't need cleaners.

I am not a cleaner - I replied.

Clearly - said another.

They all laughed.

I was bit confused.

Suddenly Manager said - We are not hiring either.

I am not looking...

Manager declared - You should go before we call the security. And stood firmly before me.

Another asked - What are you here for?

A car - I answered.

How are you going to pay?

Recently I won a lottery - I replied.

They all sang in unison.

"Welcome To The Store".
