A gift of life, a love so bright,

Shining on, a guiding light.

Organ donation, a selfless deed,

Helping others, in their time of need.

With every heartbeat, a story's told,

Of lives connected, young and old.

A thread of kindness, a chain of love,

Binding hearts together, sent from above.

A liver, kidney, or heart so true,

A gift to the living, a gift anew.

The ultimate act of love, a sacrifice so grand,

Giving life to others, with a helping hand.

Let us honor, the memories we hold,

By giving life, to those who grow old.

Let our legacy, be one of love and light,

Guiding others forward, through the darkest night.

May our hearts beat as one, with a loving creed,

And may our kindness, be the greatest gift we need.

For in the end, it's not the years we live,

But the love we share, and the lives we give.
