Fear

By Garima Misra

Fear encircling my mind, my thoughts

I fear you, O Lord

Daar we felt in our lives

Khauf we all experienced it

What will happen if I lose a loved one forever?

Or if I fall in love

I don't want to grow older anymore

neither want to fail in an exam

Will I have to face repercussions of my actions

managing the uncontrollable emotions in my head

Waiting for time to conquer the universe

A horror movie watch

sight of a snake

These all things are sufficient to frighten us

Fear is just a feeling let it go

Don't let it overshadow the truth

Believe in yourself and the Almighty

Then you don't have to be afraid of anything
